When an IVF journey joyfully leads to pregnancy, it tends to also lead to a medicalised pregnancy. This session examines ideas for how to bring ease and joy back to your pregnancy, and help allow you to dream your dream birth. Perhaps even for a spontaneous, low-key labour and birth.

Seasoned Birth Doula and Childbirth Educator will lead participants to new perspectives to enjoy pregnancy and labour, and to release ideas around birth that add extra fear or interventions.This session gives lots of time for questions and includes a follow up email with relevant resources. This class does not give advice, participants are encouraged to have discussions with their medical providers.
