Tailored, personable learning to prepare expectant parents with the knowledge and confidence to birth and care for a thriving baby.  These educational sessions provide information for a comfortable and healthy pregnancy, childbirth preparation with a holistic approach to the birthing body, and newborn care for those interested in gentle and environmentally-friendly parenting practices.

In-person or virtual classes available. Three private sessions of ~3 hours each.
